The following services are not included in the service contracts and can be performed upon request. Hourly rates will apply to these additional services:

• New desktop/server and peripheral setup and configuration (Scanners, Printers, modems, etc).
• New software installation & Configuration including Operating Systems (Mac/Windows) 
• Setup for Data Backup, Transfer and Restore using on-site or off-site media.
• Hardware Repairs and Upgrades
• Outlook PST file recovery (Windows)
